Season 6 – epiBLOG 7:

Some people spend their whole waking moments daydreaming about what they would like to have materialize in their lives. Others take action and chase their dreams. The only difference between the two groups of people is that the former doesn’t believe it’s possible to actually have what they want.

Belief is a powerful tool. It’s what heats a fire under the feet of an ambitious individual, causing them to take action and run towards the life that they know is possible.

I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know a remarkable lady who takes action on her dreams. I’ve only known her for nearly six months, and I’ve watched her evolve, transform, and create something wonderful, despite the challenges that I know she was up against.

Today is the magical day that Author, Speaker, Transformational Mindset Coach, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker Megan R. Fenyoe has been anticipating and excited about for months now.

Today is the day that her book You Are Enough: 5 Steps To Move From Struggle To Strength launches.

Today is the day that we celebrate Megan and the birth of this amazing book that will surely transform millions of lives.

Today’s topic will be my review of You Are Enough by Megan R. Fenyoe.

Book Corner Recommendations is my opportunity to review a useful book for my readers so that I can recommend, or not recommend, material that helps move an entrepreneur forward. I have to say that I absolutely recommend reading You Are Enough. Every entrepreneur should get their hands on this book because, as a business owner, you are constantly having to remain in the right mindset in order to draw the success that you’re seeking towards you. Your business’ success is up to you. You Are Enough will help you to maintain that mindset.

This book is not just another self-help book with empty promises that don’t deliver. This nonfiction work of art more than delivers – it satisfies! This inspiring material not only includes Megan’s personal life story about how she grew and evolved from a relationship that wasn’t serving her best interest, but she also walks you through applicable exercises so that you can genuinely experience the transformation in your life.

Each chapter allows you to confront yourself on the most authentic level. This is even inclusive of her chapter on her life story because it’s relatable enough for you to connect with her words and to look within.

The best way that I can describe my experience in reading this book is to relate it to when we first learned to ride a bike without training wheels. I know for some of us, that was many moons ago, and for others, it was just last decade. Nonetheless, we were eager to ride on our own because of the independence, pride, and fun that we knew came with that accomplishment. However, if you remember, we were still nervous because we were afraid to fall down and fail. Failure was scary, as we risked a scratched elbow or knee, or an even worse injury.

Somehow, we felt secure with Mom, Dad, our big brother, or big sister standing behind us with their arms extended – somewhat holding onto the bike seat, somewhat waiting for us to fall into their loving arms.

Reading Megan’s book felt like riding a bike without training wheels for the first time. I was eager to evolve and grow as an entrepreneur – as a person, but felt the old memories of past failures start to creep in to give me anxiety. I started thinking about my own limiting beliefs. How I’ve grown. Areas in my life that I could continue to grow in. And it was Megan’s words on the page that served as her loving and supportive “arms” that I needed.

What is so wonderful about You Are Enough, is that Megan doesn’t have to keep her hands around you. By the end of the book, you will have the tools to “ride the bike” of your life without training wheels and without her arms extended around you. And it’s nice knowing that Megan is a phone call away if you need further coaching after reading You Are Enough.

I’m not recommending Megan’s book because she hired me to edit it for her. I’m recommending it because I genuinely believe that it’s a phenomenal book that can transform your life. I was honored when Megan approached me to edit her manuscript. To be completely authentic, despite my successes, I’ve always struggled with not feeling like enough to be the true success that I desire. This is something that I constantly work through. Megan’s book was instrumental in helping me with knowing that I am enough, and for that, I’m forever grateful.

Today’s LESSON is to dare to dream.
